Sales Director

Born05 is seeking a Sales Director to focus on acquiring new clients that align with our profile. You will execute the commercial strategy, with an emphasis on New Business, and leverage your strong network within the Digital & MarCom departments of top Dutch brands.

Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, crafting proposals, closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and representing Born05 at industry events. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter and team player, with over 4 years of sales experience at an agency and has strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Who you are

We are looking for an independent and proactive Sales Director with a proven track record in new business, prospecting, and meeting targets within the Digital and Marketing Communications landscape in the Netherlands. In short, someone who will bring new clients to Born05.

Additionally, you have:

• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development on the agency side

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English

• Hands-on experience with Sales Automation tools

• Analytical and commercial skills
